‘The need for high quality retirement accommodation is greater than ever and at Wallacea Living, we believe that people deserve much better than some of the lacklustre options that are currently available. Fundamental change is needed in the way we develop housing that’s thoughtfully designed and supports people to live well for longer in their own homes, within a safe and lively community.’
Wallacea Living aims to provide the very best accommodation with care, putting residents’ needs and their health and wellbeing at the very heart of the offer.
We are committed to delivering thoughtfully designed and beautiful environments, incorporating the highest quality care; starting with our first community on the edge of Little Venice in the heart of London.
Wallacea Living London,
launching 2023
‘We totally disagree with the prescription for old age being to slow down.
Yes, our brains and muscles can deteriorate as we get older, but that just means we have to exercise them more. We need social connections; we need opportunities to learn with our friends and to teach each other new skills. We need to take care of our health and wellness in order to maintain our independence and continue having fun. Sometimes we may even need a little help or homecare along the way.
At Wallacea Living, we believe in extending middle age and are committed to offering the perfect environments that allow our owners to enjoy life to the full.’
We are looking to bring our unique Wallacea Living offer to more communities. Our ideal site would be around 100,000 to 150,000 square feet and we would welcome the opportunity to be part of town or regional masterplans.
